Shipping & Returns Policy

At CORABE, many of our pieces are oversized, fragile, one of a kind, or require specialist freight handling. Due to the varied nature of our collection, shipping methods and pricing may differ between products and locations across Australia.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and nature of the products selected.

For standard parcel and smaller homewares orders, shipping is generally calculated automatically at checkout.

For oversized, fragile, bulky, or furniture items, shipping charged at checkout is considered a freight contribution only and may not cover the total delivery cost.

Oversized & Specialist Freight

Some oversized, fragile, regional, or specialist freight deliveries may require additional freight charges after checkout.

If additional freight is required, we will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm final delivery pricing before proceeding.

This may apply particularly to:
• Furniture
• Oversized mirrors
• Lighting
• Large pots and décor
• Regional and remote deliveries
• Deliveries requiring specialist carriers or difficult access

Furniture & Oversized Deliveries

Many of our furniture and oversized pieces require specialist freight carriers due to their size, weight, fragility, or one of a kind nature.

Delivery pricing for these items varies depending on:
• Delivery location
• Carrier availability
• Access requirements
• Item size and quantity

Furniture and oversized deliveries are generally quoted based on ground floor access only unless otherwise arranged prior to dispatch.

Additional charges may apply for stairs, difficult access, apartment deliveries, or specialised delivery requirements.

Regional & Remote Deliveries

Deliveries to WA, NT, regional, remote, and some interstate locations may require additional freight charges due to carrier limitations and increased transport costs.

We always aim to obtain the most suitable and cost effective freight option available for your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on product size, location, and freight carrier availability.

While we aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible, some oversized and furniture deliveries may require additional handling and coordination time.

Authority To Leave

If you provide authority to leave your order unattended at the delivery address, CORABE is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once delivery has been completed.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged.

Photographs of both the item and packaging may be required to assist with freight claims.

Returns & Exchanges

Please consider your purchase carefully prior to ordering.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Returns may be considered for exchange or store credit only and must be approved by our team prior to return.

Returned items must:
• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Be returned in original packaging where possible

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Furniture, oversized items, sale items, custom orders, pre orders, freight charges, vintage items, and handmade pieces are non refundable.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned or exchanged.

Clothing returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided items are unworn, unwashed, free from perfume or makeup, and returned with original tags attached.
