Shipping Policy – Domestic

Corabe proudly offers delivery Australia wide. (Excluding PO boxes & parcel lockers.)

Our domestic shipping rates for non-bulky homewares are automatically calculated at checkout.

Corabe aims to be as efficient as possible when dispatching all orders. Online homewares orders (non-bulky items) are estimated to be dispatched within 3 days of purchase. Please note that orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be dispatched the following Monday, unless otherwise stated by Corabe.

Furniture & Bulky Goods Delivery

Furniture and bulky goods require an individual delivery quote. If you would like to arrange an accurate quote prior to ordering, please email us at hello@corabe.co including your delivery suburb & postcode, and order overview. Alternatively, proceed with checkout and we will contact you within 2 business days if there are adjustments to be made.

Corabe quotes all delivery costs based on ground floor to front door basis only, unless stated otherwise by the customer. If you require a premium service including delivery into door, up or down stairs, apartments with lifts, or other arrangements, this must be requested by the customer prior to purchasing or within 24 hours after purchasing. Premium delivery services will require an additional charge.

Corabe uses a variety of couriers and removalists. Courier selection is based on which is best suited to your delivery content and location.

‘Corabe Cargo’ is our in-house courier company, which may be selected based on your order content and location. Any customers with orders being delivered by Corabe Cargo, will be notified by Corabe with an estimated delivery date. Our courier will also contact you via mobile with approximately 1 hours’ notice prior to arriving on the delivery date.

If you will not be home to accept delivery, with your permission we will do our best to arrange delivery to a neighbour or to leave it in a safe place. However, Corabe takes no responsibility for deliveries left unattended.

Furniture and bulky goods are estimated to be dispatched within 21 days from payment. This is dependent on the selected courier’s delivery schedule. Corabe is not responsible for any third-party schedule delays. We will contact you with an estimated dispatch or delivery date, and if there are any unexpected dispatch delays. It is the responsibility of the courier to contact you regarding delivery arrangements.

By purchasing from Corabe, you agree to have your details such as name, contact number, delivery address and email passed onto third-party couriers.

Pickup/Click & Collect Policy

You can arrange to collect your order from our premises by selecting the ‘local pickup’ option upon checkout online. Please contact us to schedule a suitable pickup time.

Corabe does not cover any damages, theft or loss that may occur after the item/s leave our premises. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Corabe, we endeavour to accommodate our customers’ needs as best we can.

Please consider your purchase very carefully. We do not allow refunds based on change of mind. We are willing to offer an exchange or credit note.

If returning an item, all freight costs incurred are to be paid by the customer. If the item is not returned in the same condition as when it was received, Corabe has the right to deny a credit note or exchange.

We do not offer exchanges, credit notes or refunds on sale items.

We do not accept any returns or refunds based on the character of our vintage, timber, and handmade products.

Clothing Returns:

  • All returned clothing must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • We cannot accept returns if the clothing has been exposed to perfume or makeup, as these substances can alter the condition of the item and prevent it from being resold.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure you retain your receipt or proof of purchase for the return process.

Jewellery Returns: Rings, necklaces, bracelets, and other non-pierced jewellery items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. This policy ensures that every pair of earrings you purchase from us is brand new and has never been worn.

Return Process:

  • In-Store Purchases: Please visit our Batemans Bay store with your receipt and the item to be returned or exchanged. Our friendly staff will assist you with the process.
  • Online Purchases: For items purchased online, please contact our customer service team at hello@corabe.co to initiate the return process.

Damaged Goods

If an item has been damaged during transport, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify Corabe within 24 hours of receiving the product, including photos.

Once we have been notified of the damaged item/s, we will assess the issue and endeavour to resolve it as soon as possible.
