Product Information

Many of our pieces are vintage, reclaimed, handmade, or crafted from natural materials. Variations in texture, tone, grain, patina, uneven surfaces, small cracks, markings, and imperfections form part of the character and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered faults.

While we endeavour to photograph all products as accurately as possible, colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens, lighting conditions, and individual pieces.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product dimensions and details prior to purchasing, including ensuring items will fit through doorways, stairwells, lifts, and intended spaces.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged through an approved payment plan.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, and bank transfer.

Payment Plans

Payment plans may be available on selected orders at the discretion of CORABE.

A deposit is required to secure items under a payment plan arrangement, with the remaining balance to be paid in agreed instalments. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

If scheduled payments are missed or cancelled, CORABE reserves the right to cancel the arrangement and retain a portion of payments made to cover administrative and storage costs.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be used per transaction.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are redeemable both online and in store.

Gift vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

CORABE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers.

Pre Orders

Selected products may be available for pre order. Estimated arrival timeframes provided are approximate only and delays outside of our control may occasionally occur.

Once pre order items arrive at our premises, we will contact customers regarding estimated dispatch or delivery timing.

Availability

As many of our pieces are one of a kind, availability may occasionally change prior to order processing. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a suitable resolution.
